Key Responsibilities

• Direct all financial operations, encompassing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure the precision and integrity of financial records, transactions, and statements, adhering to relevant accounting principles and regulations.
• Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Establish and enforce robust internal controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities and providing strategic insights.
• Conduct financial analyses to inform key business decisions such as investments, cost management, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, offering guidance on financial matters.
• Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations to maintain liquidity and optimize cash resources.
• Engage with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to assure compliance.
• Stay abreast of the latest accounting regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; a master’s degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a Financial Controller role or similar capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (GAAP).
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced spreadsheet and accounting software (Excel, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
