- Provide exceptional support to policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities while interpreting both verbal and written communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Keen attention to detail and proficiency in using PCs and basic keyboarding skills.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a changing environment.
- Preferred: Active Personal Lines P&C agent license, with preparation provided for qualified candidates.

- Work hours: 12 PM - 9 PM Eastern Time or 11 AM - 8 PM Central Time.
