Key Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with individuals who have expressed interest in our benefits offerings
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to assess client needs
- Customize benefit plans and adjust existing arrangements as necessary to meet family needs
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both new and existing clients
- Conduct benefit reviews for current clients, aiding with claims and necessary updates
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide administrative support as required
- Address client inquiries and concerns regarding their benefits in a prompt and helpful manner
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and current
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
- Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage client interactions
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
- A collaborative team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
