- Comfort in conducting virtual consultations.
- Active professional liability insurance coverage.
- Active membership in the Arkansas State Bar (preferred for Arkansas residents).
- Experience in private practice.
- Familiarity with modern technology tools, including Microsoft applications and CRMs.
- Background in business formation, real estate, elder law, taxation, or asset protection is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, and additional state bar memberships would be beneficial.
