A robust interest in gift and estate tax strategies, including both revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable planning, and family business succession planning, is essential.

The anticipated salary range for this position is \(160,000-\)275,000, commensurate with your estate planning experience. We provide a competitive compensation package, which includes monthly, quarterly, and/or annual performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert estate planning services to clients
- Lead intricate estate planning and estate/trust administration initiatives
- Collaborate with clients to devise tailored estate plans that meet their unique needs
- Stay abreast of evolving estate planning laws and regulations
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high net worth clients
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in estate planning
- Proven track record in managing complex estate planning and estate/trust administration
- In-depth knowledge of gift and estate tax planning, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Minnesota bar license
- Demonstrated experience in estate planning and administration, particularly with high net worth clientele preferred
