- Active CPA license
- Over 10 years of public accounting experience in Business Tax, particularly with real estate clients

- Capacity to juggle multiple projects efficiently
- Advanced technical expertise in tax concepts and their application to diverse client situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA License
- 10 years of relevant public accounting experience focusing on Business Tax and real estate clients
