We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estate Planning Coordinator to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client consultations, fostering relationships and emphasizing the importance of pre-appointment tasks such as completing the questionnaire and attending workshops.
- Accurately input client contact information and appointment details into our database.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients regarding necessary forms or workshop attendance, ensuring engagement and fostering positive relationships.
- Address client inquiries about our processes, timelines, and required documentation.
- Collect and organize client documentation to enable smooth estate planning processes.
- Prepare estate plan binders for clients’ signatures.
- Serve as a witness during estate plan signings (notary certification is a plus).
- Follow up on client referrals, reviews, and feedback to improve client satisfaction.
- Excellent attention to detail and a people-centric approach.
- Strong ability to connect with clients, assess their needs, and build trust.
- Ability to adhere to structured procedures and scripts to optimize attorney schedules and ensure appointments are filled with qualified leads.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
- Self-motivated and accountable, taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in client intake, estate planning coordination, customer service, or administrative roles (legal experience preferred).

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: \(40,000 - \)65,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Opportunity: Earn an additional $250 per week by meeting key performance metrics, including scheduling and maintaining at least 16 consultations weekly and achieving a 75% engagement rate.
