Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters.
- Prepare and submit essential legal documents and applications.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis pertinent to immigration laws.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate effective immigration strategies.
- Stay informed on updates and changes in immigration legislation and regulations.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Immigration Law.
- Current authorization to practice law in New Jersey.
- Proficiency in one or more immigration law areas such as:
- VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
- SIJS (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status)
- Green Card / Naturalization
- Waivers
- Visas
- General Family Immigration issues
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Immigration Law.
- Valid license to practice law in New Jersey.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
