Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement annual growth strategies, setting clear objectives for performance and future investments in the Infrastructure business.
- Navigate complexities, address challenges, and adapt to dynamic market conditions with agility.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of automation sales and technical professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a strategic resource, translating customer requirements into tailored automation solutions while articulating the unique offerings of our Industrial/Manufacturing/Infrastructure portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, developing a comprehensive business plan to enhance market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- A bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in technical or sales disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within Industrial Automation, Construction, or Engineering fields.
- Familiarity with the Purdue Model's various layers, including VFDs, MCCs, PLCs, and HMI/SCADA software.
- Proven ability to influence team members and drive collective success.
- Demonstrated self-starter with a history of effective market development and program execution.
- Strong technical and commercial skills relevant to the infrastructure sector.
- History of successful sales leadership and proficiency in understanding market dynamics.
