Key Responsibilities
- Originate mortgage loans utilizing inbound leads, existing portfolios, and targeted campaigns.
- Process applications by analyzing clients’ financial data and submitting loan documentation for processing.
- Ensure prompt submission of all requisite documents for processing, underwriting, and closing.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture existing client portfolios and maintain account retention.
- Address incoming client calls, providing assistance with inquiries effectively.
- Interview applicants to ascertain their needs and present suitable mortgage options, terms, and pricing.
- Achieve both team and individual sales objectives.
- Complete checklists accurately and ensure all documents are prepared for processing and underwriting teams.
- Maintain precise records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Comply with all organizational standards, policies, and procedures consistently.
- Valid NMLS License.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in phone sales within the mortgage sector, particularly in refinancing and purchase transactions.
- Proficient communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and understandably.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, adept at navigating multiple loans and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to designated operating hours.
- A valid NMLS License is required for this position.
- At least 1 year of experience in a phone sales role in the mortgage industry is essential.
