- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding insurance inquiries from borrowers, agents, and financial institutions.
- Address specific questions related to homeowners insurance, focusing on payments and coverage options.
- Utilize various systems to effectively research and document customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while responding promptly to customer needs.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in customer service (call center experience is preferred, but related roles such as front desk or administrative support will be considered).
- Proficient in navigating software applications on a Windows PC.
- Capable of typing at least 35 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
