Key Responsibilities

As a member of our litigation team, you will have the distinct opportunity to represent clients in a wide array of legal matters, including but not limited to:

• Coverage disputes
• Regulatory investigations
• Environmental liability and asbestos cases
• Construction defect and opioid claims
• Workers’ compensation and toxic torts
• Large-scale litigation cases You will work in collaboration with a talented group of professionals in a supportive environment, tackling high-profile cases and offering impactful solutions to our clients.
  
  

Required Skills

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience
• Expertise in handling insurance and reinsurance matters
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to teamwork
• Independent problem-solving skills and a robust work ethic
• Admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction, preferably Connecticut or Massachusetts
