- Deliver engaging sales presentations, recommend appropriate products, successfully close sales, and implement our Customer Care Sales Model.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Collect premiums from policyholders based on an agreed-upon schedule.
- Provide timely responses to policyholder service requests, including beneficiary updates, claims, and loans.
- Maintain precise records, manage collected funds, and ensure proper processing of paperwork.
- Expand the agency’s client base and cultivate strong relationships with customers.
- Commit to the continuous enhancement of knowledge and skillsets.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
