Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the effective management of property accounts, ensuring operational effectiveness and high tenant satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with the business development manager to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Manage leasing activities, tenant selection processes, renewals, and the resolution of tenant inquiries.
- Maintain transparent communication with property owners regarding management activities and developments.
- Lead remote teams, ensuring optimal alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Guarantee that all properties meet the highest management standards.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management and real estate.
- Possession of a valid real estate license.
- Background in sales and customer service.
- Proven experience managing remote teams, particularly overseas.

- Capacity to work independently and handle challenging scenarios effectively.
- Experience in property management and real estate for at least 5 years is essential.
