Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and generate accounting system entries for various transactions, ranging from basic to moderate complexity.
- Establish new loans and assist in monitoring client billing and statements.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies related to loans and bonds.
- Maintain and oversee specialized programs and various accounting fees.
- Prepare daily general ledger entries and manage incoming and outgoing wire transactions.
- Address specialized servicing requests related to loans and tax reporting items.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement participated loan terms within the accounting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on client service and teamwork.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a proven ability to solve problems while meeting deadlines.
