• Compile necessary application and underwriting materials while adhering to industry regulations.
• Monitor the loan progress, provide status updates, and uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active state mortgage loan officer license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a loan originator is required (5 years for the Senior Loan Originator position).
