- Financial Management: Maintain precise financial documentation, including bookkeeping, budgets, and financial reports. Assess the profitability of the Market Centers and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Facility Management: Ensure that all physical locations present a professional image. Oversee maintenance and manage vendor partnerships to ensure optimal functionality of office equipment and supplies.
- Risk Management: Protect the integrity of the Market Centers through effective risk management practices.
- Team Support: Partner with the Team Leader to promote growth within the Market Center and offer essential support to agents, contributing to a high retention rate.

- Proven background in bookkeeping or cash accounting.
- Strong proficiency in bookkeeping practices and the Microsoft Office Suite.
