Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse clientele.
• Conduct therapy sessions primarily through telehealth—both via video and telephone.
• Perform intakes, assessments, and individual, group, and family therapy sessions when applicable.
• Provide mental health evaluations, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Ensure timely and precise documentation in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in New York.
• A minimum of one year of experience providing psychotherapy using evidence-based methods.
• At least one year of experience with treatment planning and documentation within an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Proficient access to a computer, webcam, dependable internet connection, and a private, quiet area for conducting sessions.
• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Competitive salary of up to $91,000 annually, based on experience and licensure.
