Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by establishing trust and understanding client-specific needs.
- Process loan applications efficiently by analyzing financial data, structuring loans, and ensuring accurate and prompt submissions.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships to tap into new business opportunities through your network.
- Stay abreast of the latest mortgage products and industry standards to provide informed guidance.
- Collaborate harmoniously with your team to achieve collective objectives and foster a positive working environment.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in loan origination, preferably in a call center setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of both conventional and government-backed loan programs.
- Current DBO and NMLS licensure is mandatory, with additional state licenses considered advantageous.
- Proficient in loan origination systems, preferably Encompass.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- A strong work ethic, driven by results, and the ability to work both independently and within a team framework.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
