Key Responsibilities
- Originate mortgage loans through self-generated efforts, referrals from corporate partnerships, and various marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to assess their financial goals and recommend the most suitable loan products, terms, and pricing.
- Collect essential documentation from clients, including income statements, tax returns, and bank statements, while analyzing their financial situations for loan applications.
- Process applications with meticulous attention, performing preliminary reviews, and submitting complete loan files for timely processing and underwriting approval.
- Ensure all required documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are gathered promptly to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Proactively engage in daily marketing activities aimed at achieving a target of 4 loans per month.
- Respond to incoming inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales and production goals.
- Possession of a current NMLS License.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple loans and competing priorities efficiently.
