Remote Mortgage Originator | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role offers the unique opportunity to cultivate leads and initiate mortgage loans through diverse channels, including branch referrals, real estate agents, and builders. You will also engage with referrals from branch personnel and other sources, building strong relationships with clients. A thorough understanding of mortgage regulations, processes, and a comprehensive range of bank products will enable you to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for mortgage loans and originate loans through branches, realtors, and builders.
• Conduct interviews with mortgage loan applicants, ensuring that all necessary information is collected.
• Process loan applications and forward them to the centralized loan support team.
• Respond promptly to referrals from branch staff and external sources.
• Assist with additional information requests from processors to facilitate seamless loan processing.
• Cross-sell additional bank products and services to enhance customer relationships and offer holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (an MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous).
