Key Responsibilities
- Employ the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to deliver comprehensive, family-centered treatment for youth and their families.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans addressing various challenges, including behavioral issues, substance use, and familial conflicts.
- Partner with families, educational institutions, and community organizations to establish a robust support system for the youth.
- Collaborate with a team of seasoned therapists while receiving continual training and supervision.
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule that encompasses both in-home visits and remote work options.
- Demonstrated experience in working with families and youth, preferably utilizing family-based therapeutic approaches.
- Proficient in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.
