Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and effective occupational therapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Assisted Living Facilities (ALF).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement customized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in reclaiming their independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.
