Key Responsibilities
- Examine franchise agreements and company policies to identify and enforce transfer prerequisites.
- Formulate and execute strategies to fulfill all transfer requirements, guiding all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during the transfer procedure, effectively communicating requirements to buyers, sellers, and their representatives via phone, email, or written communication.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to address issues pertaining to finance, audit, operations, and training.
- Scrutinize and validate commercial real estate documents, corporate records, and legal papers for authenticity and compliance, rectifying any inconsistencies.
- Assess legal documents and correspondence to evaluate franchise interests outcomes.
- Draft standard legal documents related to franchise ownership transfers.
- Coordinate background checks and credit assessments for prospective buyers.
- Resolve conflicts linked to financing, operational complications, training compliance, and legal issues.
- Partner with other Legal Department members concerning contract enforcement, aiding in mutual cancellation correspondence and documentation.
- Capable of cultivating strong relationships, fostering beneficial connections with internal and external clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in articulating procedures and requirements to varied audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Strong time management abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritizing initiatives in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
