Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Transactional Paralegal to integrate into our vibrant legal team, providing essential legal support for diverse real estate and capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the intake, review, drafting, and negotiation of various real estate contracts, including leases and purchase agreements.
• Oversee the due diligence process related to real estate transactions and manage document review for capital markets deals.
• Facilitate closings by preparing and reviewing necessary closing documents and supervising post-closing activities.
• Maintain an organized deal pipeline database and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Draft and assess confidentiality agreements, broker agreements, letters of intent, and other relevant real estate documents.
• Support compliance requirements for loan documentation, joint venture agreements, and corporate entity reviews.
• Perform legal research and analyses of regulations to bolster decision-making.
• Collaborate on various matters, including corporate transactions and data privacy.
  
  

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Ironclad or similar).
• Exceptional drafting and analytical abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships across teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated with creative problem-solving capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal settings, with a focus on complex transactional work and commercial contracts preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation And Benefits
