- Investigate, assess, and resolve both first- and third-party personal auto property damage claims.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with insured parties, claimants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders through various channels including phone, email, and text.
- Determine liability while applying the principles of comparative negligence accurately.
- Manage your claims workload efficiently employing claims management and imaging systems.
- Ensure that claims are processed in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payment processing for auto repairs and manage total loss claims.
- Adhere strictly to personal lines policies, including coverage details and exclusions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
