This position is based in Aberdeen Proving Grounds, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible scheduling is available upon Project Manager approval.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to facilitate comprehensive logistics assistance for both combat and peacetime operations.
- Leverage the GCSS-Army system for effective shelf life management and troubleshoot associated system issues, complemented by proficiency in MS Office and Windows.
- Receive, manage, and maintain materials, parts, components, and major assemblies essential for our maintenance programs.
- Oversee purchasing for laboratory requirements.
- Execute material and inventory management of assigned parts within the GCSS-Army system, ensuring the return of recoverable items.
- Utilize ASTS for efficient property management processes.
- Process Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) for non-conforming or defective items, acting as the warranty coordinator for the department.
- Collaborate with item managers to expedite material procurement, track long lead parts, and manage priority status as needed.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as directed by the Production Control Supervisor.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Proven experience in coordinating delivery activities with inventory processes.
- Background in technical supply management, including inventory management, storage management, and requisitioning repair parts.
- Familiarity with G-Army or ASTS systems is essential.
- Experience with investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and SharePoint to support special projects and compliance initiatives.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of logistics experience is required.
- An Associate’s degree or higher in business or a related field is necessary.
- DoD secret level clearance is required.
