- Lead the planning, management, and execution of real estate consulting or development projects.
- Oversee all facets of project management, including client space needs, budget management, and financing scenarios.
- Conduct thorough site visits, facility assessments, and evaluations of potential project sites.
- Collaborate with external vendors on project due diligence, including the selection of architects and contractors.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, facilitating solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project status.
- Evaluate bids from real estate professionals and vendors for project work.
