Join our team as a Project Manager in Real Estate Solutions and play a pivotal role in fostering trust-based relationships with nonprofit clients. This position is integral to the evaluation, planning, and execution of diverse facility projects, working in collaboration with the Director of Real Estate Solutions for Michigan. Our organization is dedicated to uplifting communities through strategic lending, real estate consulting, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, management, and execution of real estate consulting or development projects.
• Oversee all facets of project management, including client space needs, budget management, and financing scenarios.
• Conduct thorough site visits, facility assessments, and evaluations of potential project sites.
• Collaborate with external vendors on project due diligence, including the selection of architects and contractors.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, facilitating solutions to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project status.
• Evaluate bids from real estate professionals and vendors for project work.
• Engage in departmental training and share knowledge to enhance overall team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Salary range: \(61,600 - \)69,300.
