- Handle service requests promptly, ensuring completion within 24 hours.
- Conduct various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and painting.
- Manage maintenance inventory and expenditures effectively.
- Remain on-call for after-hours emergencies.
- Uphold a clean and well-maintained environment for residents.
- HVAC certification is preferred.
- Experience with painting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in both interior and exterior carpentry.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in property maintenance is required.
