Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to guide diagnosis and treatment strategies.
- Provide both individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
- Develop and execute behavior management plans that are effective and personalized.
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns, residents, and students in their professional development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient services.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide education on relevant psychological topics.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a psychologist in North Carolina.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional clinical skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A genuine passion for serving others and effecting positive change.
- Completion of an internship and postdoctoral residency in psychology.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
