Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to guide diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Provide both individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
• Develop and execute behavior management plans that are effective and personalized.
• Supervise and mentor psychology interns, residents, and students in their professional development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient services.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide education on relevant psychological topics.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a psychologist in North Carolina.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional clinical skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an internship and postdoctoral residency in psychology.
