- Draft and review leases, purchase agreements, and sale agreements.
- Conduct title searches to ascertain legal ownership of properties.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions, which include sales, leases, and financing agreements.
- Prepare title insurance policies to safeguard clients against potential claims.
- Must be licensed and residing in one of the following states: TX, MA, SC, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, WA, OR, DE.
- Strong preference for candidates based in the Seattle area, as in-office attendance may be necessary.
- Extensive experience in real estate law (candidates with mixed-practice backgrounds will not be considered).
- Familiarity with real estate development, standard real estate terminology, and contracts.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and legal software tools.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience specializing in real estate law, with proven capability in drafting and reviewing real estate documents and contracts.
