Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering robust relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Manage the complete process of tenant move-ins and move-outs, including rent collection and lease enforcement while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance operations by overseeing work orders, communicating effectively with tenants, property owners, and service vendors, and scheduling regular property inspections.
- Maintain accurate financial records by balancing tenant charges and credits, and ensuring all bills are properly entered into the financial system.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and properties into our management system, while providing timely updates on our management capabilities.
- Conduct necessary administrative duties including HOA compliance and insurance documentation.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local fair housing regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- A current Texas Real Estate License (required by state law).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly within property management.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Salary: \(55,000 to \)65,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
