- Leverage your proven sales expertise to convert a high volume of inbound phone inquiries into meaningful outcomes for families seeking senior care solutions.
- Utilize an automated call distribution (ACD) system to manage daily inbound leads, ensuring prompt and efficient service from the comfort of your home office.
- Conduct thorough consultation calls to provide families with tailored insights into senior living communities and home care providers that best meet their specific needs.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills, combined with a deep sense of empathy and understanding to support families effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities, allowing you to navigate conversations while documenting essential details on your computer.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel, along with the ability to swiftly adapt to internal CRM systems.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume inside sales or inbound phone sales environment.
- Demonstrated history of surpassing sales objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to complete a comprehensive new hire training program successfully.
