Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling to students.
- Perform thorough assessments and craft personalized treatment plans for each student.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to students facing challenges.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation related to all services rendered.
- Engage in school-focused mental health initiatives and programs.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services discipline.
- Active licensure (or eligibility) in Nebraska as an LMHP, LCSW, LIMHP, or LICSW.
- Minimum of two years' experience in providing mental health services to children and adolescents.
- Proficient clinical skills, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities.
- Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in the provision of mental health services to youth.
