Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and maintenance of influential financial analyses and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making for senior management.
- Develop comprehensive reporting and analytical tools that illuminate the relationship between operational activities and investment performance, identifying risks and opportunities for value enhancement.
- Oversee and synchronize capital planning efforts in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team of Facilities Asset Management.
- Construct senior management reporting packages, encompassing budget approvals, CAPEX run rates, cash flow forecasts, and performance insights on capital initiatives.
- Champion technological advancements within asset management by leveraging proactive analytics to uncover value-adding opportunities.
- Provide support during the monthly accounting close while collaborating closely with the accounting team to meet public reporting and audit obligations.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, internal audit, tax, and legal, to uphold compliance standards.
- Assist in various projects as needed, offering your unique insights and expertise.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong technical abilities, including proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive and motivational work ethic, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
