Key Responsibilities
- Borrower Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for borrowers in your designated area, overseeing the complete lending journey from sourcing and underwriting to closing and monitoring loans.
- Support prospective borrowers in navigating the application process, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
- Analyze loan requests by reviewing financial conditions, site plans, operational strategies, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Chief Credit Officer to underwrite and present loan proposals to committees.
- Business Development:
- Spearhead initiatives to develop and sustain a robust loan pipeline through networking and community engagement.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries from prospective borrowers and assist them in preparing loan applications.
- Conduct presentations and workshops for clients and potential borrowers.
- Program Development:
- Partner with Capital Solutions staff to refine lending programs, policies, and marketing collateral.
- Stay informed and enhance your skills through ongoing education and participation in team meetings.

- Additional Responsibilities:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, accounting, or finance.
- Experience: A minimum of seven years in banking, finance, or real estate finance, with a solid foundation in commercial lending and financial analysis.
- Skills: Familiarity with the nonprofit sector is advantageous, along with strong interpersonal capabilities and proficiency in relevant software (Excel, databases).
