Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and proactive leader to assume the role of Senior Manager of Operations - Fleet & Real Estate. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing our fleet operations and facilities management. You will be responsible for crafting and executing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and comprehensive training programs to ensure fleet efficiency and operational excellence within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable SOPs and workflows to facilitate fleet growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrate advanced technology and automation into fleet management practices to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and product development to innovate vehicle design and functionality.
  • Lead the fleet support training initiative, creating structured educational programs on fleet operations and troubleshooting best practices.
  • Manage and nurture a skilled remote fleet support team, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle operational challenges.
  • Oversee fleet-related facilities and corporate hubs, ensuring optimal efficiency and readiness for future growth.
  • Partner with real estate teams to synchronize property planning with fleet expansion strategies.
  • Foster strong communication across departments, establishing clear reporting structures and knowledge-sharing protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with business licensing and certification requirements in various markets.
  • Handle fleet insurance claims and lender certificate requirements, optimizing processing efficiency and identifying trends for preventive measures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, logistics, or process development within a high-growth or multi-location service environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and scaling operational processes, SOPs, and training programs.
  • Ability to align operational strategies with overarching business goals while effectively collaborating with senior leadership.
