- Competitive base salary ranging from \(150K to \)175K, supplemented by performance-based commissions and bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) with matching contributions.
- Flexible billable hours, ranging from 1,400 to 1,680 hours per year, ensuring a work-life balance.
- Full remote work capability, allowing you to serve clients in Orange County or San Diego from anywhere.
