Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Assess client financial scenarios and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
• Navigate clients through the complete loan process, from application through to closing.
• Structure and price loans accurately while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver exemplary customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success as a Mortgage Loan Officer, preferably with call center experience.
• Demonstrated capability in surpassing sales objectives.
• Extensive understanding of conventional and government loan programs for both purchases and refinances.
• Possession of an active NMLS license; additional state licenses are advantageous.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong self-motivation, work ethic, and results-driven attitude.
  
  

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
