Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing borrowers.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ financial situations to recommend the most appropriate loan products.
- Effectively manage multiple client portfolios and loan files in a high-energy setting.
- Respond to a substantial volume of live, qualified inbound leads daily.
- Facilitate the locking of loans at the point of sale, compile necessary documentation, and submit loan applications for processing.
- Accurately structure and price loan products.
- Employ advanced technology, including CRM and LOS systems, to enhance the loan processing experience.
- Utilize our extensive network of real estate partners to connect clients with their ideal homes.

- Current California DBO and NMLS licenses.
