Key Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing borrowers, thoroughly understanding their needs and surpassing their expectations.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and skillfully guide them toward the most appropriate loan products.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple clients and loan files simultaneously.
• Handle a substantial volume of live, qualified inbound leads on a daily basis.
• Lock loans at the point of sale, gather necessary documentation, and ensure complete loan packages are submitted to the production team.
• Accurately structure and price loans while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time loan origination experience, ideally within a call center setting.
• A strong ambition to excel in sales and achieve top producer status.
• Proficiency in accurately structuring and pricing loans.
• In-depth understanding of both conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
• An active NMLS license; multiple state NMLS licenses are highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
