Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and review intricate tax engagements for our real estate and construction clientele, managing partnerships (1065s), 1031 exchanges, and other complex returns.
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial data, addressing complex tax matters, and ensuring adherence to all pertinent regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering their professional development and providing essential support.
- Utilize advanced tax software and technology to enhance workflow efficiencies and streamline processes.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, delivering exceptional service and fostering trust.
- Active CPA certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ public accounting experience with an emphasis on real estate and construction.
- Proficient in handling complex tax returns, including familiarity with 1065s, 1031 exchanges, cost segregation studies, and partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail in identifying and resolving tax issues.
- Technologically adept, with experience in tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement) and related tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- A valid CPA license is mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range between \(112,000 - \)135,000 annually, adjusted for higher cost-of-living areas.
