Key Responsibilities
- Plan and review complex tax engagements for a variety of entities, including corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships.
- Conduct comprehensive tax research, applying insights to real-world client scenarios.
- Identify and implement effective tax-saving strategies tailored to client needs.
- Manage tax consulting assignments, covering areas such as federal tax planning, restructuring, and tax controversy.
- Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and succession tax planning.
- Represent clients before federal and state tax authorities when required.
- Participate in client proposals, budgeting, and billing processes.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Identify and cultivate business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff members.
- Engage in staff evaluations and facilitate career advancement discussions.
- Advanced technical proficiency in tax compliance and planning.
- Extensive experience with S-corporations and partnerships.
- Exceptional critical thinking and project management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
- CPA license is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant public accounting experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and supervising staff.
