We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fully Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the mental and emotional well-being of youth by providing critical support through assessments, therapy sessions, and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Perform thorough assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to youth and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Completed or in-progress Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
- Valid Iowa license (LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LMSW) or a temporary license with commitment to pursue independent licensure.
- Minimum of one year of experience in individual, group, and family therapy (two years for independently licensed therapists).
- Formal training in behavioral health practices.
- Exceptional observational, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- A foundational understanding of the challenges faced by at-risk youth and their families.
- Preferred: Experience in identifying and treating behavioral health disorders, and two years of experience working with children and families.
- Preferred: Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment protocols for mental and physical health disorders.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic database operations.

Compensation And Benefits
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (for full-time positions, terms apply).
- Loan Repayment: Up to $48,000 over 10 years.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $10,000 for employees in their final year of study for a qualifying Master’s degree.
