Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to formulate integrated treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and maintain detailed records.
- Engage and advise family members or external specialists when appropriate.
- Provide availability during core after-school hours to accommodate client needs.
- A strong commitment to improving children’s mental health.
- Experience in direct psychotherapy services for children and/or adolescents is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities.
- A receptive attitude towards professional and clinical feedback.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and exercise good judgment.
- Initiative and resourcefulness in clinical settings.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD is required. Additional licensure in Virginia is a plus.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
