Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to formulate integrated treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and maintain detailed records.
• Engage and advise family members or external specialists when appropriate.
• Provide availability during core after-school hours to accommodate client needs.
  
  

Required Skills

• A strong commitment to improving children’s mental health.
• Experience in direct psychotherapy services for children and/or adolescents is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities.
• A receptive attitude towards professional and clinical feedback.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and exercise good judgment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD is required. Additional licensure in Virginia is a plus.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
