Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy to patients aged 5 and older, both virtually and in person.
- Apply your knowledge of the DSM-5-TR to conduct precise diagnoses and create effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients, effectively communicating clinical insights while evaluating their strengths and challenges.
- Work autonomously within a team framework, seeking guidance and consultation as needed.
- Engage with community partners and emergency service providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health record system and conduct telehealth appointments.
- A strong commitment to enhancing access to quality mental health care, particularly for underserved populations.
- In-depth understanding of the DSM-5-TR.
- Proficient computer and technology skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Experience in providing care to patients facing significant barriers to access.

- Competitive salary starting from $70,000 per year.
