- A valid Oregon occupational therapy license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in skilled home health therapy.
- BLS certification.
- Strong communication and patient education capabilities.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- One year of relevant home health experience.
