Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers to establish clear expectations regarding the installation process.
- Coordinate and oversee project scheduling with customers following their product orders.
- Confirm timelines and keep customers updated throughout the installation journey.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers before and after installation to address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collect and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) data to uphold and enhance service metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in customer service with a proven track record of resolving customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office and customer service setting is required.
