Description

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, making outbound calls related to various projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Capture and enter data accurately during interactions.
  • Upsell products and services as appropriate.
  • Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
  • Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripts is required.
  • Communication Skills: A clear, friendly, and professional voice; strong people skills and active listening abilities are essential.
  • Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency are necessary.

Work-from-Home Requirements

  • A PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
  • A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
  • USB-connected headset and webcam.
  • A quiet workspace free from distractions, such as pets and children.

Benefits
