We are seeking customer-oriented remote service representatives to deliver high-quality support to our clients on a daily basis. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions while upholding our company’s values and policies.

Job Duties

  • Typing and data entry
  • Upselling products and services
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining knowledge of campaign details and promotions

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience with automatic dialer and call scripting
  • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
  • Sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Experience in outbound calling environments

Work-from-Home Requirements

  • PC/laptop with Windows 10
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable)
  • USB-connected headset and webcam
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
