Job Duties
- Typing and data entry
- Upselling products and services
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining knowledge of campaign details and promotions
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience with automatic dialer and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
- Sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer literacy
- Experience in outbound calling environments
- PC/laptop with Windows 10
- Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable)
- USB-connected headset and webcam
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
